Taxes: Notice 2020-18

Notice 2020-18 supersedes the previously issued Notice 2020-17. Unlike Notice 2020-17, which only postponed the due date for federal income tax payments originally due April 15, 2020, Notice 2020-18 postpones the federal income tax payment and federal income tax return filing due date for the respective payments and returns originally due April 15, 2020.  It also extends relief by eliminating payment limits eligible for relief that had been set forth in Notice 2020-17.
